SRBC partner Tony Doniger will be a panelist at the Boston Bar Association program "Alimony Post-Pierce: Thoughts, Reactions, and Where Do We Go From Here?" on Wednesday, December 9, 2009. Tony will discuss the recent decision of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court on the continuing alimony obligations of retiring spouses. (Tony represented the husband in the case.) In addition to the decision, the panelists will discuss recommendations of the Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations' Alimony Task Force, the possible ramifications of pending alimony legislation, and issues for practitioners to consider as to alimony and retirement.
