SRBC partner Lisa Goodheart was a panelist at a recent seminar marking the 25th anniversary of a key Massachusetts environmental statute, Chapter 21E.  At the event, which was held by the Environmental Law Section of the Boston Bar Association on June 13, the audience heard from attorneys involved in key cases related to the statute, who discussed its history and addressed recent issues in the courts--operator liability, attorneys’ fees, property damages, insurance coverage, and the standard for recovery of response costs in a contribution action.
