On November 10th, SRBC partner Lisa Goodheart, who chairs Massachusetts's Judicial Nominating Commission, spoke to the Delivery of Legal Services Section of the Boston Bar Association. Lisa discussed the judicial nominating process as it currently operates, and invited attendees to share their thoughts about qualities important in judges, from the perspective of lawyers representing low-income individuals.
