On March 19, 2010, SRBC partner Tony Doniger will be part of the keynote panel at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education annual Family Law Conference. The panel's topic will be "Alimony: How Long Should it Last?" Tony and other panelists will discuss the ongoing debate surrounding alimony in light of the recent Pierce v. Pierce decision (in which Tony represented the husband), proposed legislation, and task-force recommendations.
