Practice Areas:

Jessica Park focuses her practice on insurance coverage, reinsurance, environmental and real estate litigation, and business litigation.  She advises and represents insurers in a variety of areas, including insurance coverage disputes, extra-contractual litigation, and information-privacy matters, and has significant experience representing companies in complex reinsurance arbitrations and litigation. Her practice also includes assisting clients with land use disputes and environmental litigation, and she has represented clients in civil litigation involving a range of other substantive areas as well, including business and commercial litigation and professional liability.

Jessica has authored articles and given presentations on insurance coverage and reinsurance issues and serves on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Reinsurance Bar Association.  She has also been recognized as a Massachusetts Super Lawyers “Rising Star." Prior to joining SRBC, Jessica was an associate at a boutique litigation firm in Virginia and had previously worked at a large general practice firm in California.
